- All appointments are conducted over the phone, unless otherwise stated. Please provide a phone number where we can reach you at the appointed time.
- If you are already working with one of our staff to recieve assistance, please reach out to them directly. Scheduled appointments are for new requests only.
- If you are unable to book yourself an appointment online, please call our main office and select option #4 for the Housing Team to receive asssistance booking over the phone.
Am I Eligible for OlyCAP Housing Services?
Our Housing Department works with a number of different programs offering services in Rapid Rehousing, Homeless Prevention, Rental Assistance, Emergency Shelter and Homeless Assistance. We strive to help as many community members as possible to achieve housing stability. The current housing crisis impacting Jefferson County is marked by a shortage of available housing, including and especially affordable housing. This impacts the entire community, and presents many challenges for all people in need of housing. Funding for housing assistance is limited, and our prioritization for housing services serves those with the greatest barriers to achieving housing stability first. The following list provides some guidance regarding what our services can offer:
Book an Appointment with Us if Any of the Following Describe You:
You live in Jefferson County and are currently homeless or living in a place not meant for habitation (car, camping outdoors etc.) Please select the most appropriate category depending on whether you are an individual, a homeless family or a homeless youth (12-24 years).
You are a Jefferson County resident and have secured a new place to live but need assistance with move in costs up to $500 including first and last months’ rent and/or security deposit.
You are currently housed in Jefferson County and you are behind on paying rent. Please select an appointment for the Eviction Rental Assistance Program.
You are a Veteran living in Jefferson or Clallam County and are homeless, or at risk of homelessness. Please book an appointment for Homeless Assistance.
You live in Clallam County and need one time move in or rental assistance of $500 or less. Please book an appointment for Clallam Housing Assistance.

You are currently housed and looking for low-income housing or a new place to live. OlyCAP staff only have the capacity to help conduct housing search assistance for those receiving case management services through a supportive housing program. You live in Clallam County and are homeless, at risk of homelessness, currently housed and have past due rent, or are in need of more than $500 in rental assistance. Please contact Serenity House of Clallam County for housing and rental assistance in Clallam County.
You are interested in living in the new 7th Haven Apartments in Port Townsend, which are currently under construction; OR the South Seven Senior Village located in Port Hadlock. Both of these properties will only accpet applications during periods of time when the waitlist is officially open, per HUD guidelines. These waitlists are currently closed.
