Serving older adults with a functional disability, this program includes daily physical and cognitive exercise, music experiences, stimulating and meaningful activity, and social opportunities in a safe, pleasant, supervised setting. This program is currently directed by a board certified Music Therapist and is offered every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.

This weekly prevention and support program utilizes creative arts as tools for strengthening and maintaining cognitive functioning, optimizing abilities and reducing stress. Schedule an assessment if you have an early diagnosis of or concern with memory loss. The program is offered on Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm.
