RSVP Volunteer Coordinator

26 hours a week, based in Port Angeles, WA. Plans, organizes, and implements volunteer engagement in the following areas: recruitment, support, orientation, and placement of volunteer 55+ in RSVP (Retired & Senior Volunteer Program) workstations in Clallam and Jefferson Counties. Network with community service organizations and agencies to promote awareness of Senior Corps: RSVP mission, purpose, and partnering potential. Take the lead to coordinate, promote, and direct the annual recognition event for RSVP volunteers. For full job details and qualifications see job description. Family Service Worker

Full-time with benefits (Early Childhood Services in Sequim). The Head Start Family Service Worker is responsible for the delivery of family services in the areas of social services, health and parent involvement. Child Development Substitute (Clallam and Jefferson Counties)

The Child Development Substitute is responsible for assisting the Child Development Staff in the implementation of the education plan into daily classroom operations and parent involvement activities. The Child Development Substitute is responsible for supporting classroom management and the education plan, following the lead of the present Child Development Staff person. (Port Angeles and/or Sequim and/or Port Townsend.) Required qualifications: CDA or enrolled in a program leading to an AA or BA degree or enrolled in a CDA program to be completed within 2 years.
