Client Support Services
Open Doors Fund
Our Open Doors Fund is a lifeline for our community, providing emergency assistance for essential needs such as rent, utilities, energy, prescriptions, gas, public transportation, and more to low-income households in Clallam and Jefferson counties.
It’s important to note that the availability of the Open Doors Fund is subject to the current funding status. We rely on the donations from compassionate community members, and there may be times when funds are limited or temporarily unavailable. This means that while we strive to assist those in need throughout the year, the Open Doors Fund can run out of funds without prior notice.
Eligibility:
Income: Must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level or have a documented income loss within the past 1–3 months.
Emergency Need: Must have an urgent, essential expense (e.g., car repair, home repair, or work-related cost) that cannot be delayed.
Required Documents (All Vouchers):
Photo ID, income documentation, and a quote for the needed service.
Car repairs: Insurance, registration, and quote.
Home repairs: Proof of ownership. Applicants 55+ must contact O3A first.
If you have any questions please contact us.
