Tammy Lidster - Director/ECS Programs

I have been working in the Early Childhood Education field for over 25 years.  I love supporting children and families.  I have a passion for helping others to reach their goals.  Everyone has a dream and at times needs a helping hand to reach those dreams.

Motivators: I am motivated by the families and children in our communities.  Watching them succeed, seeing the smiles on their faces, hearing how they overcame, and listening to their struggles motivates me each and every day.

Corena Stern - Finance Director

Working at OlyCAP has been part of an incredible journey.  Prior to working in Community Action, I spent 30 years in Accounting and Finance – first working my way up to West Coast Regional Accountant for a Private, For-Profit Hospitality company and then as a Deputy Finance Director for the City of Port Townsend. While my past careers offered challenges, the meaning of the work was vastly different. Here at OlyCAP, we work every day to improve people’s lives in a meaningful, concrete way. Our partnerships enhance our abilities to accomplish our mission in an intricate dance of Community.

Motivators- I am motivated to help make OlyCAP strong enough to provide services to those most in need in our Communities for the next 50 years. I value the diverse humanity that binds us all together.
